Proven working experience in Project Management

The Global IM OT Infrastructure, Co-Ordinator is responsible for documenting, updating, publishing, and distributing technical documents, including standards, procedures, scope of work documents and technical documents for the OT Infrastructure department within Anglo American. Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of technical documentation practices. Among other duties, The Global IM OT Infrastructure Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for the maintaining and management of the OT planning portfolio platform, which currently resides on Microsoft List/SharePoint with the end state reporting being hosted on Grafana dashboards (reports). Responsibilities include manage escalated project issues, risks, dependencies, and report on the OT Capital planning portfolio.
The OT Infrastructure Co-Ordinator plays a critical team-facing role that interprets co-ordinate and translates team requirements and planning activities.
- Understand Information Technology (IT) Lingo
- Co-Ordinate and update Planning activities across various teams (Microsoft List and SharePoint)
- Write IT Standard Operating Procedures, Standards, Procedures, Scope of Work, Create Flow Diagrams etc. with input from Technical Resources
- Performing transcription and conversion work, create new templates
- Assisting in Outlining a long-term document Naming and Numbering strategy.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Removing documents that are obsolete.
- Proofreading documents upon request. Basic analytical experience
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
- Multitasking ability.

- Ability to edit, proofread and implement in-line changes
- Advanced understanding of technical writing conventions
- Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data

- Work with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel etc.
- Work with Microsoft List and SharePoint or similar storage software and applications for electronic filing
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
