Odin Checkpoint Support Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Manage, control and keep in good running order the ODIN Checkpoint Systems to meet the expectations.

POSITION INFO:

Basic Requirements:

• Formal Tertiary education: Grade 12
• Recent graduates in engineering field/user support IT (advantageous)
• Languages:
  • English – Read, write and speak (required)
  • Afrikaans – Read, write and speak (optional)
• Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required)

Job Objectives:

• Support rollout and implementation of ODIN Checkpoint CMMS:
  control and keep in good running order the ODIN Checkpoint Systems to meet the expectations of customers.
• Ensure there is a flow of effective communication between Jendamark and the customer’s support queries.
• Report and Troubleshoot issues on ODIN Checkpoint system and Technologies.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Implementation Support

• Customer support
• Creating customer asset master data
• User management
• Scheduling maintenance activities
• Relay Customer Feedback
• Monitor customer maintenance activities
• Creating maintenance activity content in the form step by step standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support Implementation Activities
• Raven Sensor installation & set-up, implementation and Customer Support

Technical Support

• Responsible for monitoring all customer query/feedback channels and ensure that these get addressed/answered
• Test ODIN Checkpoint system
• Test ODIN Checkpoint Technologies
• Liaise with developers for issues
• Support development rollouts

Product Support

• Come up with product improvements for Checkpoint Web-Application, Mobile app and Raven Sensor
