SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available, bilingual in Afrikaans and English with excellent organisation and administration skills to manage our clients full sales and office processes?
We are looking for candidates who are good at multi-tasking, self-managed and who are happy to be the “go to person” to ensure smooth and effective running of the branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric, own vehicle and driver’s license
Computer Literate with Pastel knowledge preferable
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
5 years background in Administration and managing a Sales process
Diverse worker who can multi-task and is target driven
Must be able to take ownership of all task requirements to run a successful process from beginning to end
Must be self-managed and an independent worker
 
DUTIES
Managing all administration duties for the branch
Daily invoicing
Manage incoming stock
Receiving and logging of orders and organising job cards
Managing the full sales process
Manage deliveries and plan activities for the driver for daily tasks and deliveries
For group deliveries organise the freight process
Manage monthly statements on excel
Dealing with day-to-day emails and requests
Manage quotations
Follow up on correct completion of a job
Loading of a new job requirement specific to size and specifications
Purchase consumables required for the office
Assist the sales representatives when they are out of office with any tasks
Reporting to Head Office in Johannesburg
Manage filing systems
 
Salary: R15 – R18k negotiable, dependent on experience
