JOB DESCRIPTION:

Half Day Office Administration - Waterkloofrif, Pretoria-East area
Salary – up to R7 000 per month, depending on experience
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 13:00

Our client within the services industry has an opportunity for a detailed orientated person with excellent computer skills to work as an Office Administrator.

Position closes: 14/02/2022

Requirements:
• Excellent computer skills (MS OFFICE SUITE)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English and Afrikaans)
• Detailed orientated
• Administrative and customer orientated type of person
• Ability to work independently, self-starter
• Own transport
• Presentable as you will be the first point of contact
• Debtor’s experience (doing quotes and invoices)
• Sage One experience would be highly beneficial

Duties will include but is not limited to:
• Retyping of legal reports
• Answering telephones and making bookings (diary management)
• Communicating directly with customers
• Contacting and following up on outstanding fees (debtor’s)
