SUMMARY:
Office Administrator with Bookkeeping knowledge required in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
We're looking for an Office Administrator to join a reputable Financial Investment company in Cape Town. In this role, the successful candidate will handle the bookkeeping up to trial balance on Xero Accounting, efficiently manage diaries and calendars, and take care of essential administrative tasks like filing and maintaining records. You'll also oversee office stock and supplies to keep everything running smoothly, perform receptionist duties to ensure a warm and professional first impression, and assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
 
Requirements:
Matric – Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous
Own Transport is essential
Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
Proven working knowledge and proficiency in Xero Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and professional business vocabulary
Good telephone etiquette
