Office Administrator

Overview

Our client based in Cape Town’s City Bowl, is looking for a positive, highly organised, excellent communicator to join their small team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support and management of various tasks and duties and must thrive in an administrative role. This is a permanent, in-office, half-day position and is ideally suited to a mom seeking a ‘morning worker bee and Mom in the afternoon’ opportunity.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree preferable
2. Or tertiary education equivalent
3. Strong computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
4. Experience in managing budgets and expenses
5. Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
