SUMMARY:
A company in Hillcrest is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role is office-based and requires a highly organized, reliable individual who can handle a variety of administrative duties and manage key operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Area Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional for visitors.
Switchboard Operation: Manage the switchboard, answering calls, directing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication.
Fleet Management: Oversee the company’s fleet department, including managing vehicle usage and fuel consumption.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and supporting other departments as needed.
General Office Duties: Assist in various ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, while also being a collaborative team player.
