POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Computer literacy.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (oral & written).
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
Strong team player.
Excellent telephone etiquette.

Strong communication abilities.
Organizational and time management skills.
Customer service orientation.
Attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Handle and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
Efficiently schedule and manage appointments.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Perform filing, scanning, printing, and document updates.
Manage procurement as directed by management.
Update and maintain certifications and accreditations.
Ensure all professional registrations/certifications are current.
Complete various administrative tasks assigned by management.
