SUMMARY:


We are seeking an Office Administrator (Office of the CEO) for a 12 month contract vacancy based in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape
 



JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 
  • Grade 12 with National Diploma or Degree in Office Admin / Public Admin / Business Management
  • 3+ years office admin experience of which at least 2 years should be in support of a Senior Manager, dealing with confidential & strategic matters
  • Good working knowledge of PFMA / MFMA, Treasury regulations, SCM and related Acts
  • Excellent admin, minute taking & secretarial skills
  • Good English written & verbal skills
  • Higher level experience in MS Office with good numeracy skills
  • Experience in having dealt with procurement and suppliers
  • Working knowledge of SLA’s and Memoranda of Understanding advantageous
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Office administrative and secretarial duties to the CEO
  • Mentor for other staff in relation to office assistant roles
  • Render support in other sections of the entity
 
Salary: R287 052.00 per annum + related fringe benefits
