JOB DESCRIPTION:

Together with our client, an electronic manufacturing company in Pretoria East we are recruiting for an Office Administrator. The Ideal Candidate needs to have 2 years of Office Administration experience and must hold a BCom qualification.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quotations
  • Chasing Leads
  • Quotation Stats & Feedback
  • Marketing Support
  • Personal Assistant to all Executives
    • Expense Reports
    • Arranging of Appointments
    • Document Preparation
    • Travelling Arrangements
    • Calendar Management
  • Boardroom Management
  • Cell phone Contracts Management
  • Office Purchases – Furniture, etc.
  • Management of Cleaners
  • Management of General Office Area
  • Assist in Function Arrangements - Client and Year End
  • Reception Back-Up

Skills and Competencies

  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Be able to work well with others
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be willing to work after hours
  • Must have own vehicle

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Matric
  • 3-year tertiary BCom qualification
  • 2 years relevant experience

 

 

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 CTC per month

Benefits: Medical Aid, Provident, and Pension Fund
