SUMMARY:
A chemical / plastics manufacturing company requires the above to be responsible for handling all the office and supply chain administration functions within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Previous experience having worked in an office administration and or supply chain role is preferred for the role.
Computer literacy is essential with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management, organisational and customer services skills.
Must have excellent telephone skills and polite telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Handling all office administration and supply chain administration functions within the company.
Processing orders, quotes etc and working closely with the Supply Chain, Sales, Production and Finance Teams.
Procuring products for the company when required to do so.
Assisting the HR and Finance Team with general administration.
Handling queries and complaints with customers via phone, email etc.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
