OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR CLERK - Cosmetics & Distribution

HYDE PARK, GAUTENG - South Africa

START: ASAP / January 2025

REPORT TO: Director / Sales Manager

HOURS & SHIFTS:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:

R18,000 GROSS Basic Salary per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Reside in or within reasonable travel distance to Hyde Park
A qualification in Business Administration
At least FIVE years in a office manager or front of office manager experience
Confident using CRM & Accounting software
Must be skilled and experience using MS Office - especially Excel
Excellent communication skills - this is a customer facing role and you will be dealing with our clients directly
Punctual, driven and able to work in a dynamic team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order processing and management
Client relations
Stock & logistics inventory
General office support & reception
Payment Administration and accounts
