SUMMARY:
Our client a large Packaging Concern in Port Elizabeth is looking for an Office Administrator that can also perform the duties of a telesales agent.

Pastel is a must for this position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls and submit orders
  • Assist the manager with day to day duties
  • Call on the existing database for orders and up-selling products.
  • Assist with capturing invoices and quotations
  • Enter specific data for all departments via Pastel
  • Assist walk-in customers with orders and accepts payments on the company's behalf.
  • Make sure all stationery requirements are met and ordered on time.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • At least 3 years of admin experience 
  • Able and willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Own transport with a valid driver's license
  • Clear Credit and Criminal Record
