Requirements:

Ability to work in CAPE TOWN city centre
Matric - qualification would be to your advantage
Computer literate - strong Excel
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Friendly, welcoming personality
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Organiser of note

Duties:

General office administration
Arrange meetings, boardroom and manage MD diary
Assist walk-in guests/clients
Arrange office supplies, orders, general stock ordering when needed
Manage all stock levels - record
Organise administration, filing and record keeping
General assistant duties

This role is ideal if you enjoy working with a variety of people and to be the go-to person in the office. The role is from Monday to Friday only and is office based in Cape Town. Beautiful office space, calm working environment and a role that will give you lots of joy. Great small dynamic team.
