SUMMARY:
Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will play an integral part of our team, keeping the office running smoothly and providing a 5* service to our clients and guest in this position, as well as providing key support to the Office Manager.

Duties include but not limited to

Day to day office management
Monitoring and ordering stationery and supplies.
Making sure office is tidy and orderly.
Managing relationship with external providers.
Answering the door and telephone as the ''face'' of the company.

Administration
Manage duties and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Raising client paperwork, monitoring completion, and filing signed documents.
Working with clients'' property and with external shippers/couriers.
Maintain and update the pipeline.
Help send out scans of lots when needed.
Registrations of new clients
Telephone bidding/client registration
Chasing outstanding invoices.
Helping with clients'' database and inventory management.
Managing payments.

Experience Required:
*Excellent and articulate communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone
*Proactive attitude
*Willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
*Happy to be flexible with any task provided.
*Friendly and professional working attitude.
