SUMMARY:
Our client, a successful South African exporter of quality and indigenous flora to various International Markets, is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and energetic Office Coordinator to join their ever-growing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily admin tasks involve ordering products for shipments
Updating Price list for clients
Communicating to clients around the clock – on call 24/7
Follow the logistics of each shipment and making sure the flight is as smooth as possible
Inspect in coming stock for any blemishes, insects etc.
Dealing with Department of Agriculture & PPECB on a daily basis
Data capturing of monthly stem statistics
Double checking and keeping records on inventory
Problem solving

Qualification and Experience:

Administration experience
Grade 12
Own transport and valid license
Organized
Sober habits
Able to work flexible hours
Work under pressure
Computer literate (outlook, word & excel)
