POSITION INFO:

Office IT Administrator required for a reputable IT company based in East London, Eastern Cape

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional beneficial
• 2-5 years of experience in IT administration, support, or a related role
• Familiarity with network and system administration, IT troubleshooting, and software support
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibility:

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, IT procedures, and user guides
• Record and track IT issues, resolutions, and service requests for future reference
• Call centre duties
• Strong administration experience
