Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Office Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, honesty, and a strong work ethic. The Office Manager will handle a variety of administrative tasks, junior-level accounting work, and oversee goods received and dispatched activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
• Handle petty cash and banking transactions.
• Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inspect goods received for quality and quantity, resolving any discrepancies.

• Experience in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
