SUMMARY:
Provide comprehensive reception and administration on a day-to-day basisâ

POSITION INFO:
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTIONâ
â

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;â
Answering or referring inquiriesâ
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directoriesâ
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasksâ
Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, the flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical dutiesâ

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS â

The successful candidate must have a good command of the English language, must maintain a good company image & have an outgoing personality. Previous experience working in a hotel environment requiredâ
