Office Receptionist & Admin

SUMMARY:
A group managing Luxury Properties is looking for an OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/ ADMIN

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position 
• Should be proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
• Valid RSA ID is required
•  Access to reliable transport required
•  Proven track record within a luxury hotel/lodge environment
• Must have working experience on a restaurant management system and POS
• Must have strong admin skills 
• Should have excellent customer care skills
• Must be friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
• Position is live-out, 5% provident fund is available (compulsory) & forms part of CTC package, Medical Aid available on request & forms part of CTC package.
