Our client based in Kroonstad is looking for an Ofice Administrator. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and related tasks and able to work independently, work under pressure with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administration. 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Languages: English and Afrikaans
  • Valid Driver’s License (is essential)
  • Proficient in MS Office - Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Sage.
  • Proven office administrative skills – Reports, Office admin, Personnel files, Printing.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
  • Capturing of data.
