Call Centre Agent- Outbound- On-line Trading

POSITION INFO:

• Call Centre Sales experience preferably Financial Sector Background.
• At least 2 + years’ work experience in a Call Centre Environment.
• Matric.
• Good Command of English.
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Driven Individuals
•  Strong Character to close on Leads provided

 Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Onboarding client.
• To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.
• To be aggressive in closing deals.
• Target Driven.  
• To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.
