SUMMARY:
Reputable company in the Cleaning Services industry is looking for a Once-Off Supervisor to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description:

Lead and manage a team in order to produce a food-safe site, daily.
Manage and achieve the Budgeted Man-hours and Purchases in their Section(s).
Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment with compliance to all statutory safety regulations
Manage individual and team performance; coach and develop staff.
Responsible for all Operational activities in their section, including operational problem solving
Maintain Customer relationship; meet Customer expectations and eliminate plant damage & downtime.
Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Company Way.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports

Requirements:

Grade 12.
CIP Cleaning experience is essential.
Background in stock control, stock management, ordering and processing of stock advantageous.
Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.
Be strong operationally with a good track record in Industrial Relations.
High-Quality administrative skills required.
Meet key delivery dates.

The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:

Able to work a strict shift position and willing to work over weekends.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the food production industry.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
High work standards, energetic and driven.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
Must be comfortable with the Company culture and values, Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.
