Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their marketing team, focusing on the rollout of online ordering platforms.
 
 The team has successfully developed an online ordering platform for their current customer database, and this position will play a vital role in its implementation and support.

• Assisting with quotations and budgets.

• Researching targeted sectors for Sales and Marketing
• Creating spreadsheet of these Databases.
• Updating existing Databases
• Updating and maintaining customer contact database.

• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard existing customers onto the online ordering platform.

• Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer queries related to the platform.
• Create and manage targeted customer databases for the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
• Assist the marketing team with events and product launches as needed.
