Electrical supplier looking for a young, innovative Online Sales Rep to join their company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education
  • Matric
  • Experience systems (Sage, Sap, Accpac) a bonus

Requirements
  • Work under pressure
  • Experience within Wholesale and Retail industry

Duties
  • Present, promote and sell products to new and existing customers.
  • Conducting ongoing market research and Competitor analysis.
  • Maintaining and updating online sales/purchasing methods and systems.
  • Developing new leads and communicating with customers.
  • Creating and maintaining a database for current and potential customers.
  • Preparing and sending quotes to customers.
  • Following up with customers on sales inquiries submitted and requested through email and/or calls.
  • Raising payment requisitions.
  • Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
  • Ensuring all online orders are paid for before handing the order confirmation over to the warehouse for preparation and delivery.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of online sales (processes and procedures).
  • Understanding and ability to work on social media platforms.
