Operating Manager - Leadership Team

SUMMARY:
A premium communication and surveillance solutions equipment supplier company based in Centurion requires the above to be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities, from pricing strategies and sales management to partnerships with key suppliers and engagement with major customers.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field is essential for this role .
• Previous (5) experience working in a senior commercial or operational role.
• Must have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, sales management, and partnership development.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.
• Must have excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading sales and commercial teams.
• Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence major customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial forecasting and margin optimisation.
• Previous experience in contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Must be proficient in CRM systems, sales management tools, and financial software.

• Working closely with the CEO and other executives to implement processes and systems that drive operational excellence.
