POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities: 

Operations:

• Office & Facilities Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, manage facility maintenance, and optimize office space.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee office supply levels, equipment maintenance, and timely replenishment of resources.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and track performance of vendors for office supplies and events.
• Process Optimization: Analyze, document, and improve workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending for operations and events.
• Compliance with Health and Safety Protocols: Maintain adherence to safety protocols and conduct risk audits.
• Administrative Support: Provide scheduling, travel arrangements, and onboarding assistance, supporting overall staff needs.
• Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare reports on operational and financial activities

• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute marketing and company events, ensuring smooth logistics (guest lists, venues, catering, etc.).
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, manage event logistics, and oversee event marketing efforts.
• Post-Event Analysis: Prepare feedback and reports for continuous improvement of future events.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• 2+ years of experience in operations, event coordination, or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage projects and vendors.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and event planning tools.
