SUMMARY:
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR- JHB-NORTH(240k-264)

My client in the financial services sector is looking to employ a seasoned Operations Administrator professional to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role calls for a self-motivated individual who can perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Manage escalated technical calls
Provide input as and when required into the SmartSafe and Deposit Manager operating manuals and communications and support procedures
Deposit Manager, SmartSafe and Tamper Evident Bags
Keep up to date and accurate records of all bag orders and deliveries
Monitor field communications
Monitor all calls or emails daily, notifying the technical service providers of communication failures at client’s sites
Monitor the hourly communications report and Comms Exception Report
Keep up to date and accurate records of all spares, orders, receipts, and deliveries
Compile client’s technical history reports for analysis
Draw up monthly billing requisitions against clients for express bag orders, chargeable bags, and relevant technical calls.
Reviewing of S/I and S/O reports received daily from the service providers- escalate any that may be missing
Proofing of site inspections
Vetting of all calls

The ideal candidate has the following experience and is a qualifications:

Matric
Logistics/ Supply Chain and technical Diploma/ Degree (advantageous)
Understanding of SLA’s
Computer literate
Microsoft Office
