SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor road freight shipments.
Receive and process orders from the Operations Controller.
Confirm order receipt and loading schedule with transporters/service providers.
Log tracking details into the transport management system.
Communicate relevant shipment details and special requirements to the Operations Controller.
Maintain continuous communication with transporters and update clients on shipment status.
Provide clients with regular tracking reports as per their requirements.
Ensure seamless handover of shipment details to the after-hours duty personnel for weekend or late-hour deliveries.

Minimum Criteria:
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the transport/road freight industry (Non-Negotiable).

Skills:

High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office & Winfreight or similar.
Strong numeracy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Professional presentation and communication with clients and transporters.

Abilities:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks.
