Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg
Salary: R45,000 – R50,000 (negotiable)

This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in financial management, process optimization, and team development to ensure exceptional quality and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline daily operations across multiple restaurant locations in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for effective decision-making.
• Lead and motivate staff, fostering productivity and a positive work culture.
• Handle inventory management and supply coordination to ensure stock availability and efficient operations.
• Implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives through project management expertise.
• Enhance process efficiency and maintain quality control in line with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for a safe work environment.
• Maintain high service standards, impacting business outcomes through excellent customer service.
• Track and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in a high-level kitchen environment.
• 15+ years of experience in operations within a premier culinary setting.
• Strong background in financial, project, and people management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
