Camps Bay Village, with stunning views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain range and just a minute’s walk from the Atlantic Ocean, is seeking a Residential Manager to join its exceptional team. The ideal candidate will ensure the facilities are up to the highest standards, contributing to the luxurious experience in the vibrant Camps Bay Village, known for its dynamic range of activities and amenities.

You would need to have the ability to ensure our facilities remain in pristine condition while delivering top-notch service and solutions will be essential. What is required:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, sketch, and implement plans aligned with management’s vision.
• Source materials, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, working closely with designers and contractors.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic OPERA system knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
