Who We're Looking For:

The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has two positions for two young and dynamic Operations Coordinators to join our team of extraordinary people.

Are you passionate about operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment? Are you detail-oriented with strong administrative skills, able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting? We’re seeking two well-presented and knowledgeable Operations Coordinator with a proven track record in overseeing operational functions. Both individuals should be skilled in problem-solving, providing support, and thriving under pressure. Both candidates should exhibit exceptional administrative abilities will be key to maintaining seamless processes. The two candidates should combine excellent communication with a deep sense of confidentiality, handling every operational detail with precision and care.

What Is Required:

As the Operations Coordinators you will be responsible for several duties classified under 4 main categories: Projects, Aesthetics, Events and Training. You will use general as well as specified skills to aid the development of the Events, property specific projects, training and general aesthetics from the interior to staff presentation. One candidate should exhibit a keen interest in front desk operations and the second candidate should have a keen interest in facilities, project and event management.

This position is ideal for a hotel/business school graduate that is looking for the opportunity to kick start their career.
