Operations Controller

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Main Purpose:

To assist in performing administrative functions within the department.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Export experience 
• Accept customer sales orders
• Generate container utilisation and make necessary amendments
• Consolidated final market orders on Sage
• Generate PFI's
• Quality check samples upon receipt
• Bin transfers
• Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO, and legalisation)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Matric or senior certification equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and exports 
• High level of computer literacy
