Our client in the transportation industry is looking for a Operations Controller to joint their Chililabombwe/Kasumbalesa team.
DESCRIPTION:
Plan, organise, control, monitor, report on truck status
Measure against set KPIs - push, follow up, escalate where necessary
System updates
Ensure Vehicle and Trip documentation is accurate and complete
Driver Management i.e. Documents, Discipline, Leave Planning, Bonusses etc.
Report compilation

QUALIFICATIONS:
