Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to industry regulations.
• Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and maintain streamlined systems and workflows for operational processes.
• Prepare and present periodic management reports with KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and legal, to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Lead and support a team, providing clear direction and ensuring proper resource allocation.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant qualifications such as BCom Law, BCom Finance, or BCom Accounting.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in operations management within a regulated financial services environment.
• In-depth knowledge of FICA, FAIS, and relevant financial services regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Solid ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and present detailed management reports.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
