Operations Manager Safari lodges- Botswana

Our Client has 5* safari camps in wilderness areas in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana

They are looking for a Operations Manager for their Botswanan camps.

You will be ensuring operations, standards, policies and procedures are adhered to across all Camps to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirement:

Experience in hospitality industry, preferably in a management role in remote lodges

Excellent understanding of policies/procedures

Management of systems and standards.

MS office knowledge

Solution driven, can do attitude

Experience in front of house operations

Proactive with strong organisational skills and follow through

Commercially astute with a natural aptitude for budgeting and cost management

Well-developed planning skills and foresight

A problem solver who is able to work under pressure

Strong leadership ability that results in high levels of engagement and motivation

Appreciation for service standards and the role they play in guest experience and satisfaction

You are passionate about wildlife, safari and conservation 

 Preference will be given to Botswanan nationals
