We are searching for an Operations Storeroom Manager to form part of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas:
Supervise all storeroom activities, including but not limited to storage, control, and issuing of materials and equipment. Assist in the development of storeroom policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Perform monthly stock takes and manage stock levels regularly
  • Inform the office of any stock shortages
  • Equipment inspection, maintenance, and repairs
  • Dispatch correct banners, consumables, etc., daily
  • Record keeping of all stock issued
  • Bakkie Inspections are done weekly
  • Update stock-related spreadsheets
  • Record any losses, breakage, or theft of any equipment.
  • Deliveries and collections
  • Assist with banner deliveries and collections from clients.
  • Record keeping of banners (flighted, delighted, or collected)
  • Maintenance and stock control of equipment and banners on the off-site storage facility (plot).
Qualifications Required:
  • Driver’s license
  • Computer literate and efficient with Excel
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of stock controlling/storeroom experience.
  • Matric

  • Managing blue-collar workers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Teamworking skills

  • Fast Learner
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Be able to work in a team
