Operator (CIP)

SUMMARY:
Operator (CIP) – DC1 – Shift A (Processing) -Killarney Gardens

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the job: 

To ensure that tanks CIP Procedures are executed, and products are supplied to the packing machines accurately and timeously.

Preferred Requirements:

• Matric
• 6 months learnership on the principals of clean and sanitising a processing system using automotive or manual cleaning in place system.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of CIP and Principals within a Dairy manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of best operating procedures
• Understanding of CIP Compliance Standards
• Knowledge and understanding of quality procedure and quality compliance standards.
• Knowledge of an understanding of Health and safety procedures and requirements of the factory
• Knowledge of and experience of in practicing housekeeping procedures and compliance standards
• Knowledge of an experience in practicing personal hygiene standards
• Basic Knowledge of the effect of micro-organisms on the quality of dairy products

Skills:

• Skill to operate the CIP process effectively
• Basic technical skills
