SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Order Clerk for a permanent role based in Durbanville, Western Cape

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with 2+ years relevant work experience in planning / schedule of trucks
Experience with scheduling -based IT systems advantageous
Strong communication skills and personality
Valid drivers and own transport
Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
Good work ethic and of sober habits
Willing to take annual leave during December construction shutdown period
Resident in the Northern suburbs
Must have strong personality and be good communicator on email, phone & WhatsApp
Work hours : M-Th (7am-5pm/5.30pm) & Friday till 3pm
Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays on occasion

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Taking orders telephonically
Planning and coordinating the daily order book
Generating quotes and orders
Ensure delivery correctness
Arrange orders as per preference
Scheduling of deliveries
Handle customer complaints and manage feedback

Salary: R20 000 per month dependent on experience (provident after probation & 13th Cheque)
