2-year contract

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the department on development of employee talent management and career development policy and procedure, and alignment of best industry practice
  • Responsible for assisting the department on improvement of employee position system and job grading, and alignment of best industry practice
  • Responsible for assisting the department on development of succession planning policy and procedure, and alignment of best industry practice
  • Responsible for assisting the department on improvement of employee performance, remuneration and benefits policy and procedure, and alignment of best industry practice
  • Responsible for assisting the department on other Human Resource management related projects
  • Excellent policy and procedure drafting skill, excellent proficiency in English
  • Good people skill, strong ability of communication and coordination
  • Work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Adopting and responding to changes
  • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.

 

Requirements

  • Human Resource bachelor's degree
  • 5 years’ experience in Organizational Development
  • 5 years relevant specialist working experience, preferably in financial industry environment
  • Proven of track of records
  • Good knowledge of financial industry
