PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR A LAW FIRM IN THE CBD OF CAPE TOWN

Salary will depend on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Legal/Deceased Estates/Fidicuity/Financial Services environment
Must have experience working with clients and excellent communication skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Honesty, integrity, accountability and responsibility of the highest order
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency and proficiency in English is essential
Client relationship and service-orientated attitude
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Experience of and familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to take initiative
Ability to work as part of a team
Interest and desire for continuous learning
