PA to the MD & Social Media

SUMMARY:
A recruitment company based in Foreshore, Cape Town has an opportunity available for a PA to the MD to join their team, applicants must also be proficient in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a recruitment background or strong experience as an Office Manager in a Sales environment. POSITION INFO:
Skills and experience required:

• Great energy with a “can do” attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables and macro’s) & Google apps (non-negotiable)
• Experience working on social media, mainly LinkedIn as a brand tool

• Understands SEO and digital marketing on social media is advantageous (or at least an interest in learning)

• Adept with social media such as Linked in, Instagram, Twitter

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an assistant to MD/CEO
• Extremely organised and deadline oriented
• Professionally groomed (we service executive clients and therefore a requirement) – see dress code in series “Suits”, as an idea of the daily clothing worn when clients/candidates visit our offices.
• Must have worked in a small company preferably a recruitment agency (but negotiable) with an “all hands on deck” culture as our teamwork is strong and we all jump in and help when necessary.
• Experience in a recruitment, sales or services environment would be ideal.

• Support Research team to conduct internet market research and identify potential clients
• Collect and maintain client information in the CRM database (Vincere)
• Data sourcing and research
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients.
• Ability to do Boolean and X-Ray internet searches is a strong advantage
• Support sales team with ad response when required
• Setting up interviews for candidates
• Diary management for team
• CV Typing

• Marketing:
• Manage and design all special project and events marketing material. Prepare adverts for candidates or positions to be marketed via socials

• Personal Support to MD:
• Screen telephone calls, enquiries / requests and handle when/where appropriate
• Ensure that all filing is systemised and accurate
• Capture and distribute reports and company correspondence to relevant persons
• Manage travel plans– local and international (flights and accommodation)
• Arrange client and candidate meetings and interviews
• Support with office stationery and consumables
