An experienced PA/Administrator is required to join our client based in La Mercy. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounts and possess excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and PA support as required.
- Handle accounting tasks, including banking and VAT-related processes.
- Receive and verify deliveries, ensuring correct sorting for dispatch.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence via email and telephone.
- Utilize Sage and Microsoft Office for daily operations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Take initiative in improving processes and increasing efficiency.
Requirements:- Strong accounts background/knowledge.
- Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in the electrical or lighting industry (service-based, wholesale, or retail) is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of VAT calculations and submissions.
- Experience in banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Highly organized, efficient, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and grow within the role.
