SUMMARY:
PA/FRONT-OF-HOUSE CO-ORDINATOR 
KZN MIDLANDS
Our client is looking for an energetic and engaged person to join their very busy and committed team 
CORE FUNCTION

The conduit of all front-of-house communication as well as an internal Personal Assistance support role to 3 managers.

  • A highly articulate and personable professional, who is effervescent and efficient and has high multi-tasking capacity, offering both a front of house service to customers, suppliers and guests that is world class, whilst also executing a PA role within the business. An extremely positive and engaging personality, with a can-do mentality and an aptitude for people interaction with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
 JOB FUNCTIONS
 Welcoming customer from all tiers and servicing needs.
  • Representing the company brand and team.
  • Answering the phone and assessing needs. Finding answers and handling problems. Linking calls to the appropriate person.
  • Supporting the booking of couriers.
  • Managing the Collections file.
  • General PA assistance to top level management
  • When required, assisting Sales with invoicing during busy periods/Sales team on leave etc.
  • Managing the compliments and complaints file - sending the standard reply to compliments.
  • Visitor register.
  • Various office filing and admin roles
  • Ensuring the office is well supplied with food and drink.
  • Various support functions for sales and marketing processes.
  • Monitoring and ordering of stationery.

 Customer Service
Excellent telephonic manner and engaging personality. Happy to adopt the Company ethos and style, both in uniform and communicating the brand.
  • Passion/enthusiasm/energy
Demonstrate passion for the brand telephonically and with the team
  • Administration & Accuracy
Organised and accurate handling of admin tasks. Accurate with messages and planning. Speedy at following up and pedantic at ensuring competition of tasks. Generating the perfect  experience of excellence.
  • Efficiency
Ensuring tasks are completed quickly and with minimal errors.
