Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Project Planning (Time, Budget, Completion dates).
- Project Monitoring (Checking progress, Quality, Material and Costs).
- Project Budget and Control and Cost Estimation.
- Drafting and reviewing designs.
- HVAC system design.
- Compile BOQs.
- Obtain Supplier Material and Equipment Quotes.
- Tender Scouting, review documents before submission and make sure that high quality tender documents are submitted on a regular basis and within the prescribed timeframes.
- Site Inspection.
- Develop quality, health and safety assurance standards and company processes/systems.
- Create quality assurance measurement instruments.
- Allocate ad-hoc tendering/projects work.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Qualified as HVAC Consultant.
- Minimum 5 years in Project Engineering.
