Our client is seeking a suitable qualified candidate with strong sales experience and a proven track record to join their team.
Your duties will encompass:
- Manage and overseeing and inspiring the sales team in the Call Centre to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Quotations for Life Insurance policies and other products.
- Manage lead optimization of all company leads.
- Train and coach staff on handling objections.
- Manage team discipline.
- Mentoring team members and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data to optimize strategies, conduct training sessions to enhance skills, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Regulatory Examination Certificate 5 (RE5)
- FAIS Compliant
Skills
- 3 years Call Centre Sales Agent environment.
- Outbound Sales.
- Extensive experience in the long-term insurance industry specializing in services and products.
- Familiarity with credit life products. Proven track record of Supervisor role in a Call Centre environment.
