A leading medical organisation seeks an Energetic, Young, Vibrant and Dynamic Office Manager/PA to assist a very busy Director. The successful candidate must have a multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment. Be capable of wearing many hats, you must also be an excellent organiser and communicator with a pro-active and friendly attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 and tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Drivers license and own vehicle 
  • Vaccination certificate (As per company policy)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a PA
  • Must have managed a minimum of 5 employees
  • MS Office - Knowledge of standard software packages (and the ability to learn company-specific software)
  • Exceptional computer literacy skills
  • Marketing and branding experience advantagous
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Initiative
  • Maturity to handle a range of situations
  • A meticulous and thorough nature
  • An ability to work tight deadlines
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Well developed time management skills
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Available to take work related calls from the Director in the evening and weekends as and when required
