Our Client is a dynamic and fast-growing company, dedicated to providing top-tier services to their clients.
They are currently looking for a highly organized and professional PA/Receptionist to their team and provide administrative support to both staff and visitors.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients, visitors & staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, including room bookings and refreshments.
- Assist with general office administration (filing, email correspondence, etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and approachable demeanour.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
