PA/project admin/billing FOR Loss Adjusters - JHB, Bryanston - R25 000 to R30 000 per month Cost to Company
Loss Adjusters seek a confident and experienced PA/Junior Project Manager for their Marine and Transportation division, you will start off by been dedicated to a rail claim for 6 months. You will need to meet with clients, face to face. You will need to have strong finance skills, have good exposure to invoicing and have good exposure to SOE’s.
Billing is always incorrect you will need to keep spreadsheets to recon accounts. Great attention to detail is key to this role. You will drive to clients and sit in front of clients and make adjustments where needed. Preferably you should have a background as a junior project manager/mining/SOE/insurance background.
Basic requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy.
- Invoicing/finance/mathematics.
- Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- Problem-solving;
- All aspect of advanced office administration (will have to support 4 insurance loss adjusters)
