POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced PERSONAL AND OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT for a large concern, position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own vehicle.

Relevant qualifications.

Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced Microsoft Excel (This includes power query, text functions, date and time functions, remove duplicates, data validation V/X-lookup, subtotal formula, pivot tables) ESSENTIAL!

3+ yrs previous working experience in a similar position.

Email and task management: Manage and clear the COO’s mailbox, prioritize important communications, and follow up on action items.

Operational support: Assist in setting up and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.

Reporting and dashboards: Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to track key metrics and operational progress.

Accountability and follow-ups: Ensure tasks are completed by relevant team members, follow up on deadlines, and provide regular progress updates.

Meeting coordination: Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on action points.

General assistance: Run errands, handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, and provide personal support to the COO as needed.
